i have this bond and the price went down substantially in the last couple of weeks. about 15 percent to 77. is there something bad going on there? should i be worried? or on the contrary -should i buy more if this now because it is expected t ogo back up again?

also where can i follow daily changes in foreign bond prices? is there a specifc website i can use- especially foreign finance bonds. do you also know of any safe and good buys that present an oppertunity now because prices went down without distinction recently
